Service
What Always Heard provides
Always Heard provides emotional support and companionship through Aria, an AI companion, and optional human listener experiences. The service may include chat, voice notes, journals, mood check-ins, listener sessions, credits, account tools, and safety features.
We may change, pause, or discontinue features as the product evolves, especially while Always Heard is in MVP and beta stages.
Boundaries
Always Heard is not therapy or emergency care
Always Heard is not a medical, mental health, legal, financial, or emergency service. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, clinical care, prescriptions, crisis intervention, or professional advice.
If you may harm yourself or someone else, or if you believe anyone is in immediate danger, call local emergency services now. In the U.S., you can call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
Accounts
Your account responsibilities
- Use accurate account information and keep access to your sign-in method secure.
- Do not share your account or impersonate another person.
- Use Always Heard only if you are allowed to use online services in your location.
- Do not let anyone under 18 use your account.
Support experience
Aria and human listeners
Aria is AI and can make mistakes. Aria may misunderstand context, generate incomplete information, or respond in ways that do not fit your situation. You should not rely on Aria for decisions about health, safety, money, law, or emergencies.
Human listeners are there to listen with care. They are not clinicians, therapists, coaches, advisors, or emergency responders. Listener availability is not guaranteed.
Safety
Safety reports and moderation
We may review, restrict, preserve, or disclose information when needed for safety, abuse prevention, service integrity, legal compliance, or enforcement of these terms. Listener sessions may include report tools so serious concerns can be reviewed.
Our safety page explains the product boundaries in plainer language.
